1. Purpose
This Work Instruction provides detailed guidance for implementing, operating and reviewing logging and monitoring controls for Artificial Intelligence systems used by Firmă demonstrativă.
The objective is to ensure that AI system activities remain traceable, auditable and continuously monitored throughout their operational lifecycle.
2. Preconditions
Before implementing logging and monitoring verify that:
- the AI System exists in the AI System Inventory;
- the AI System Owner has been assigned;
- logging requirements have been defined;
- monitoring responsibilities have been assigned.

Collect the following information:
- AI System ID
- AI System Name
- AI System Owner
- Logging Location
- Monitoring Tool
- Event Types
- Retention Period
- Review Frequency
- Responsible Reviewer
4. Work Instructions
Step 1
Open:

Locate the AI system.
Step 2
Configure Logging.
Ensure the following events are recorded where applicable:
- user authentication;
- AI requests;
- AI responses;
- configuration changes;
- administrator activities;
- security events;
- application errors;
- system failures.
Step 3
Configure Monitoring.
Monitor:

- response time;
- resource utilization;
