1. Purpose
This Work Instruction provides detailed guidance for implementing and documenting Human Oversight over Artificial Intelligence systems used by Firmă demonstrativă.
Its objective is to ensure that AI systems remain under appropriate human supervision throughout their operational lifecycle in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).
2. Preconditions
Before implementing Human Oversight, verify that:
- the AI system exists in the AI System Inventory;
- Risk Classification has been completed;
- High-Risk Assessment has been completed where applicable;
- responsible personnel have been identified.

Collect the following information:
- AI System ID
- AI System Name
- Intended Purpose
- Business Process
- Human Operator
- AI System Owner
- Oversight Level
- Decision Authority
- Escalation Contact
- Review Frequency
4. Work Instructions
Step 1
Open:

Locate the AI system.
Step 2
Identify the decisions supported by the AI system.
Determine:
- advisory decisions;
- operational decisions;
- business decisions;
- customer-impacting decisions.
Step 3
Assign Human Oversight.
Identify:
- Human Operator;
- AI System Owner;
- Approver;
- Escalation Authority.
Step 4
Define Oversight Controls.
Document:
- review activities;
- approval requirements;
- override capability;
- suspension mechanism;
- escalation procedure.
Step 5
Record Human Oversight.
Update:
REG-007_Human_Oversight_Register.md
Record:
- responsible personnel;
- oversight level;
- review frequency;
- approval date.
Step 6
Collect Supporting Evidence.
Store evidence in:
EVID-007_Human_Oversight_Evidence.md
Examples include:
- approval records;
- review logs;

Step 7
Periodic Review.
Review Human Oversight whenever:
- AI functionality changes;
- operational context changes;
