Logging and Monitoring Declaration

Document Information

1. Purpose

This declaration confirms that Firmă demonstrativă has established, implemented and maintains Logging and Monitoring controls for Artificial Intelligence systems in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).

The declaration demonstrates management commitment to ensuring that AI system activities remain traceable, auditable and continuously monitored throughout their operational lifecycle.

2. Declaration

Firmă demonstrativă declares that:

• logging has been implemented for applicable AI systems;
• monitoring mechanisms are operational where applicable;
• logs are retained according to documented retention requirements;
• monitoring supports operational supervision and incident investigation;
• logging records are protected against unauthorized modification;
• objective evidence supporting logging and monitoring activities is maintained.

3. Management Commitment

Management commits to:

• maintain effective logging and monitoring controls;
• allocate sufficient resources for operational monitoring;
• review significant log events periodically;
• investigate anomalies and incidents;
• continuously improve monitoring capabilities;
• support internal audits and regulatory inspections.

4. Scope

This declaration applies to:

• internally developed AI systems;
• externally acquired AI systems;
• proof-of-concept AI systems;
• production AI systems;
• AI infrastructure components;
• monitoring platforms supporting AI operations.

5. Review Frequency

Logging and Monitoring controls shall be reviewed:

• annually;
• after significant AI system changes;
• after infrastructure changes;
• after security incidents;
• after regulatory updates;
• before regulatory inspections.

The organization commits to maintaining accurate, secure and auditable operational records throughout the lifecycle of each AI system and to continuously improving monitoring capabilities whenever technical, operational or regulatory changes occur.
