Data Governance Declaration

Document Information

1. Purpose

This declaration confirms that Firmă demonstrativă has established, implemented and maintains a documented Data Governance framework for Artificial Intelligence systems in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

The declaration demonstrates management commitment to ensuring that data used by AI systems is properly governed throughout its lifecycle.

2. Declaration

Firmă demonstrativă declares that:

• data used by AI systems is identified and documented;
• data sources are known and periodically reviewed;
• Data Owners have been assigned where applicable;
• data quality is monitored;
• appropriate security controls are implemented;
• personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR;
• objective evidence supporting Data Governance is maintained.

3. Management Commitment

Management commits to:

• maintain an effective Data Governance framework;
• ensure data quality and integrity;
• protect confidential and personal data;
• review Data Governance periodically;
• maintain objective evidence;
• continuously improve governance practices.

4. Scope

This declaration applies to:

• internally developed AI systems;
• externally acquired AI systems;
• production AI systems;
• proof-of-concept AI systems;
• structured and unstructured datasets;
• internal and external data sources.

5. Review Frequency

Data Governance shall be reviewed:

• annually;
• after significant changes to data sources;
• after security incidents;
• after regulatory updates;
• before regulatory inspections.

I declare that, to the best of my knowledge, Firmă demonstrativă has implemented appropriate Data Governance controls for all Artificial Intelligence systems currently identified in the AI System Inventory.

The organization commits to maintaining accurate, secure, traceable and compliant data throughout the lifecycle of every AI system and to updating governance measures whenever technical, operational or regulatory changes occur.
