Human Oversight Declaration

Document Information

1. Purpose

This declaration confirms that Firmă demonstrativă has established, implemented and maintains Human Oversight measures for Artificial Intelligence systems in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).

The declaration demonstrates management commitment to ensuring that Artificial Intelligence supports, but does not replace, responsible human decision-making.

2. Declaration

Firmă demonstrativă declares that:

• Human Oversight has been implemented for all AI systems recorded in the AI System Inventory;
• qualified personnel are assigned to supervise AI-assisted activities;
• AI outputs are reviewed before significant business use where appropriate;
• Human Operators retain authority to approve, reject or override AI outputs;
• Human Oversight arrangements are documented and periodically reviewed;
• objective evidence supporting Human Oversight is maintained.

3. Management Commitment

Management commits to:

• maintain effective Human Oversight over AI systems;
• ensure appropriately trained personnel supervise AI operations;
• allocate adequate resources for oversight activities;
• continuously improve Human Oversight processes;
• support internal audits and regulatory inspections;
• maintain complete and traceable documentation.

4. Scope

This declaration applies to:

• internally developed AI systems;
• externally acquired AI systems;
• proof-of-concept AI systems;
• production AI systems;
• future AI developments;
• contractors and consultants using AI on behalf of Firmă demonstrativă.

5. Review Frequency

Human Oversight arrangements shall be reviewed:

• annually;
• after significant AI system changes;
• after changes in operational responsibilities;
• after regulatory updates;
• following significant AI-related incidents;
• before regulatory inspections.

I declare that, to the best of my knowledge, Firmă demonstrativă has implemented appropriate Human Oversight measures for the Artificial Intelligence systems currently identified in the AI System Inventory.

The organization commits to maintaining effective Human Oversight throughout the lifecycle of each AI system and to updating oversight arrangements whenever technical, operational or regulatory changes occur.
