Technical Documentation Declaration

Document Information

1. Purpose

This declaration confirms that Firmă demonstrativă has established, implemented and maintains Technical Documentation for Artificial Intelligence systems in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).

The declaration demonstrates management commitment to maintaining complete, accurate, traceable and inspection-ready technical documentation throughout the lifecycle of AI systems.

2. Declaration

Firmă demonstrativă declares that:

• Technical Documentation has been established for all identified AI systems;
• documentation is maintained under version control;
• documentation reflects the current operational implementation;
• documentation is reviewed periodically;
• documentation is supported by objective evidence;
• documentation is available for internal audits and regulatory inspections.

3. Management Commitment

Management commits to:

• maintain complete Technical Documentation;
• allocate adequate resources for documentation maintenance;
• ensure documentation is reviewed after significant changes;
• preserve documentation integrity and traceability;
• maintain supporting evidence;
• continuously improve documentation quality.

4. Scope

This declaration applies to:

• internally developed AI systems;
• externally acquired AI systems;
• proof-of-concept AI systems;
• production AI systems;
• AI services integrated into products;
• future AI developments.

5. Review Frequency

Technical Documentation shall be reviewed:

• annually;
• before production deployment;
• after significant functional or architectural changes;
• after regulatory updates;
• before regulatory inspections.

The organization commits to maintaining this documentation throughout the AI system lifecycle and updating it whenever technical, operational or regulatory changes occur.
