High-Risk AI System Assessment Declaration

Document Information

1. Purpose

This declaration confirms that Firmă demonstrativă has established and implemented a documented process for determining whether Artificial Intelligence systems qualify as High-Risk AI Systems under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).

The declaration demonstrates management commitment to performing objective, documented and repeatable High-Risk assessments before operational deployment.

2. Declaration

Firmă demonstrativă declares that:

• every AI system recorded in the AI System Inventory is subject to a documented High-Risk Assessment;
• High-Risk Assessments are performed before operational deployment;
• assessment decisions are supported by objective evidence;
• assessment results are recorded in the High-Risk Assessment Register;
• significant changes trigger reassessment;
• periodic reviews are performed to maintain regulatory compliance.

3. Management Commitment

Management commits to:

• maintain the High-Risk Assessment process;
• allocate sufficient resources for assessments;
• ensure qualified personnel perform assessments;
• maintain objective evidence supporting every assessment;
• review assessments periodically;
• support regulatory inspections and external audits.

4. Scope

This declaration applies to:

• internally developed AI systems;
• externally acquired AI systems;
• proof-of-concept AI systems;
• production AI systems;
• future AI developments;
• AI systems integrated into products and services.

5. Review Frequency

High-Risk Assessments shall be reviewed:

• annually;
• before production deployment;
• after significant functional changes;
• after changes to intended purpose;
• following amendments to Regulation (EU) 2024/1689;
• before regulatory inspections.

At the date of this declaration, all assessed operational AI systems used by Firmă demonstrativă have been documented, reviewed and classified according to the established assessment methodology.

The organization commits to maintaining this process and updating assessments whenever regulatory, technical or operational changes occur.
