Prohibited Practices Declaration

Document Information

1. Purpose

This declaration confirms that Firmă demonstrativă has established and implemented a documented process to identify, assess and prevent the use of Artificial Intelligence systems involving prohibited AI practices under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).

2. Declaration

Firmă demonstrativă declares that:

• all AI systems are assessed for prohibited AI practices before operational deployment;
• prohibited AI practices are not intentionally developed, acquired, deployed or used;
• assessment results are documented;
• objective evidence supporting each assessment is maintained;
• significant changes trigger reassessment;
• management reviews the assessment process periodically.

3. Management Commitment

Management commits to:

• maintain the Prohibited Practices assessment process;
• ensure compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act);
• immediately investigate any suspected prohibited AI practice;
• suspend deployment where prohibited AI practices are identified;
• implement corrective actions;
• maintain objective evidence supporting all assessments.

4. Scope

This declaration applies to:

• internally developed AI systems;
• externally acquired AI services;
• proof-of-concept AI systems;
• production AI systems;
• future AI deployments;
• contractors and consultants acting on behalf of Firmă demonstrativă.

5. Review Frequency

The Prohibited Practices assessment shall be reviewed:

• annually;
• before production deployment of new AI systems;
• after significant functional changes;
• following amendments to the EU AI Act;
• before regulatory inspections.

The organization commits to maintaining continuous compliance through documented assessments, periodic reviews and objective evidence.

8. Approval
