AI Literacy Declaration

Document Information

1. Purpose

This declaration confirms that Firmă demonstrativă has established, implemented and maintains an AI Literacy Programme in accordance with Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).

The declaration demonstrates management commitment to ensuring that all personnel using Artificial Intelligence systems possess an appropriate level of AI literacy for their responsibilities.

2. Declaration

Firmă demonstrativă declares that:

• an AI Literacy Programme has been established;
• personnel using AI systems have been identified;
• AI literacy requirements have been defined;
• appropriate training has been provided;
• AI literacy activities are documented;
• objective evidence is maintained;
• competency is periodically reviewed.

3. Management Commitment

Management commits to:

• maintain the AI Literacy Programme;
• provide appropriate AI literacy resources;
• ensure periodic competency reviews;
• maintain AI literacy records;
• support regulatory inspections;
• continuously improve AI literacy across the organization.

4. Scope

This declaration applies to:

• employees;
• management;
• contractors;
• consultants;
• temporary personnel;
• interns;
• any individual using AI systems on behalf of Firmă demonstrativă.

5. Review Frequency

The AI Literacy Programme shall be reviewed:

• at least annually;
• after significant regulatory changes;
• after introduction of new AI systems;
• following significant AI-related incidents;
• before regulatory inspections.

7. Declaration

I declare that, to the best of my knowledge, Firmă demonstrativă has implemented an AI Literacy Programme appropriate to the nature of the Artificial Intelligence systems used by the organization and consistent with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).

The programme shall be maintained and continually improved through periodic review and documented evidence.
