Risk Classification Declaration

Document Information

1. Purpose

This declaration confirms that Firmă demonstrativă has established and implemented a documented process for the classification of Artificial Intelligence systems in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act).

The declaration demonstrates management commitment to ensuring that all AI systems are assessed, classified and periodically reviewed throughout their lifecycle.

2. Declaration

Firmă demonstrativă declares that:

• every AI system recorded in the AI System Inventory is subject to a documented risk classification;
• the classification process follows the Risk Classification Policy and Procedure;
• every classification decision is supported by objective evidence;
• human oversight requirements have been evaluated;
• risk classifications are periodically reviewed;
• significant changes trigger reassessment.

3. Management Commitment

Management commits to:

• maintain an up-to-date Risk Classification Register;
• ensure consistent application of the classification methodology;
• allocate adequate resources for periodic reviews;
• maintain supporting evidence;
• support regulatory inspections and internal audits;
• continuously improve the classification process.

4. Scope

This declaration applies to:

• internally developed AI systems;
• externally acquired AI services;
• AI-enabled software;
• proof-of-concept AI implementations;
• production AI systems;
• future AI deployments.

5. Review Frequency

Risk classifications shall be reviewed:

• annually;
• before production deployment;
• after significant functional changes;
• after changes in applicable legislation;
• before regulatory inspections;
• following major incidents affecting AI systems.
