AI System Inventory Declaration

Document Information

1. Purpose

This declaration confirms that Firmă demonstrativă has established, maintains and periodically reviews an AI System Inventory as part of its AI governance framework.

The declaration demonstrates management commitment to maintaining an accurate inventory of Artificial Intelligence systems used, developed, integrated or deployed by the company.

2. Declaration

Firmă demonstrativă declares that:

• an AI System Inventory has been established;
• every known AI system has been identified;
• every AI system has an assigned business purpose;
• every AI system has an identified provider;
• every AI system has an identified owner;
• every AI system has an initial risk classification;
• human oversight requirements have been identified;
• the inventory is maintained as a controlled governance document.

3. Management Commitment

Management commits to:

• maintain the inventory;
• periodically review the inventory;
• register new AI systems before operational use;
• retire obsolete AI systems from the inventory;
• support regulatory inspections;
• maintain objective evidence.

4. Scope

This declaration applies to all Artificial Intelligence systems:

• used internally;
• developed by Firmă demonstrativă;
• integrated into products;
• evaluated during proof-of-concept activities;
• planned for future deployment.

5. Review Frequency

The AI System Inventory shall be reviewed:

• at least annually;
• after introduction of a new AI system;
• after significant architectural changes;
• before regulatory inspections;
• whenever required by management.
